Situated five minutes walk from Truro city centre in Cornwall, Vitreous Contemporary Art is recognised as a serious contemporary art gallery specialising in modern Cornish and South-West artists. Vitreous Art Gallery displays a wide range of styles and media and is not confined to any particular genre, as a result of this policy Vitreous Art Gallery has gathered a reputation for innovation and diversity and continues to attract many regular visitors and clients both from within Cornwall and throughout the UK.
Since the inception of the gallery Vitreous Contemporary Art has always sought to exhibit high quality fine art with affordable price tags. This is achieved by combining both long established artists with new, emerging talent and this broad spectrum means that most exhibitions provide ample choice to both serious collectors as well as new buyers and of course those who simply wish to look.
As well as providing a relaxed and informal space to view many different styles of art, the gallery also assists with the foundation and progression of private collections.
