Nigel Kemp Born in London in 1949, now living and painting in Cornwall, Nigel Kemp studied at Norwich School of Art achieving a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting in 1987. During 1986 Nigel spent three months at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Nantes.
