Lucie Wilkins "In a gallery based art world we tend to overlook and take for granted works of art, not allowing ourselves to engage with the piece correctly without any consideration to the image or the concept. The relationship between the viewer and the piece, how to actively address the viewer is the main concerning issues within my work, including the voyeur in a physical and emotional sense. The central themes that run throughout my work are about people's mannerisms, body language and the expressing and feeling of emotions."
