Laurence Kell "I have been painting portraits for ten years and work from my studio in Penzance, Cornwall. I use oil to capture a true likeness of my subjects. I work from a combination of sittings, drawings and photographs and the portraits are painted using a traditional method employed by portrait painters since the 16th century.
